Not recieving information to my email from e-mail form on website

I was using evolution 10 and just upgraded to proffesional 10 today to fix my problem...
I do not recieve information from the email form to my email. customer will submit question threw the email form and i do not recieve any notice that information was submitted.
Has Not worked in over a month...just upgraded to professional 10 and i use godaddy for webhosting.

i have made additional email forms on multiple pages on my site and i have used different email addresses to recieve the information submitted.
i have used(***, ***, ***,) non will recieve the info...and i have checked my spam folder.
i disable website protection....so anyone can view my source code.

You need PHP on your webserver, see if this is provided at your webhosting company.
If this is available and it still does not work you can change your e-mail script.
goto advanced settings page 4 , choose datamanagement, change script to a lower version. (you will find this below on the left side of that page) upload site again and test.
If still not ok, do it again with the lowest script.

Is this *** a good email address that is set up on your server? I sent an email to this address from your website.....Did it work?
If this is a good email address it should work as it picked up exactly as above.....

it is a good email... got the email. busy day today, i will try the 2 suggestion and see what happens.
i will respond back tommorrow afternoon with the results.
