Language characters å, ä, ö problem

I use Swedish language in my website with ( å, ä, ö) characters. Swedish is chosen in the language settings and it shows just fine in the X5 PREVIEW, but after uploading it to the web and checked in Explorer or Firefox, the (å, ä, ö) characters are just messed up.

Can you please write me the link to your website?
Please check also if in the hosting settings you can choose to render the pages in the UTF-8 encoding format or ask the hosting provider how to set it since the generates pages uses this encoding format and it the hosting is using a different one then these characters are not displayed correctly.
