Upload problem error

I have Website x5 evolution version 7 and i have recently had an issue uploading changes to the website. The error occurs when i start the process and the program trys to overite the old files. any assistance please

This is copied from a dialogue box aft3er it has failed
Operation Failed (Error while enumerating the remote files.)
Do you have internet exlporer version 11 installed?
Maybe then it is the same problem as descriped here:

Try using a seperate ftp program to upload (like filezilla)
