Search field does not work correctly

I have inserted a search field according to the manual, but when I try searching a lot of code data are shown. The URL is: www.birgittefich.dk/Test.
What do I do to make it work?

Hello Hans Find,
Please contact your hosting provider to ask why the php pages are not rendered but it shows directly the source code.
It depends on a setting of the hosting server and they can only fix it.
