Shopping Cart Page Heading

When i am in the shopping cart on my site, it has a page heading that says "Step 2 - Shipment and payment choice". How do I change this page heading?

General Settings/Basic/Content language
Click on the little "ICON" to the right of Content Language and you can edit the language file that comes up.... Look for Cart Steps. Only edit on the right hand side!!
