Analysis says pages not in sitemap

Page analysis says that most of my pages are not in sitemap.xml.
Yet when I check mysite/sitemap.xml it is all there.
Dont know what is wrong.
Am attaching a screen shot as I tried the save the report file but it only saves in .html.

This is a sitemap that is only available in code for search engines.
It is often confused with the sitemap of your page or the footer menu.
You can set the sitemap with the properties button from your sitemappage (page2 in x5)
and go to the expert tab.
These settings create the page to be searched for searchengines, if you don't want that you can leave it. It's just a remark from the analyse tools.
