Uploading to Internet & installing updates

1 Trying to upload a website using Websitex5 Evolution 10 using FTP , But comes up with a message that Destination folder is not correct. 2 Just bought and says update the version, but every time I try, it comes to about 50 to 60% installation of updates as shown by blue strip, and then comes up with message that there was error, close all programs and restart. I have closed all applications, but I still have the problem. Kind regards, Yazdi

needs help. I will be happy to answer all details.
The second problem was solved--I had first downloaded the demo version before buying, so I uninstalled the demo version and then I could install updates successfully.

check with your host, make sure your ftp account has permission to access to your desire folder!
