Menu item does not display

This is a screen shot from a "Verizon Wireless 4G LTE DROID" smart phone. Notice that the second menu option does not display. It should look like the second image. Any ideas???

What type of browser is installed on this device?
Does it have javascript support and is this active?
I tested the website on an android device and it weas working correctly and the dropdown menu was visible.

The user had javascript turned off. Thanks for the tip.
