You must copy the SWF file and place it in your site folder and then under preview, so you can see the flash file when you click on preview.

If you want to upload it, you need the SWF upload to your server!

This method uses a slider as well. So I guess now also!

the easy way is to create a youtube account, uploaded there and put the link into your website.

you don't need to worry about disk space or bandwidth rate, etc
