Menu Full Down Trouble in Windows phone (Lumia)

We using the X5 Profesional, and I was publish the design to internet. I was cheking in several cellphone, such as Android, BlackBerry and Windows phone. I got trouble in Windows Phone browser, the cause is the Menu Full Down can't response in touch screen. In android and BlackBerry are running well. Please advise.

Do you refer to http://www.mapurnawater.co.id/ ?
If yes we tested it on a windows phone and menu was working correctly.
Please check if the browser is updated or if javascript is deactivated in it.
