RSS feeds not updating

Hi,
I set up some RSS feeds on 7th March for first time, and notification worked okay.
Have since updated some of the web pages, but corresponding RSS feed hasn't updated.
I'm using v10 - professional
http://www.smrhcc.org/x5feed.xml
Can anyone advise what I'm doing wrong?

You need to manualy add that you made some changes, you can then set a link to that page, this needs to be done in step 4 advanced settings, RSS feeds.
After uploading you should get a feed.
Take care that in step 1 the website url is correct.
