Hi,

Assuming those are two adjacent rows(i.e. 1 & 2), you can try as follows:

  1. in step 3 (Page creation) select the top cell (row 1);
  2. go to Set the Cell style option and change the values for Outer Margin by either All sides = 0 or only for the Bottom Margin = 0;
  3. depending on the cell content and desired outcome, you can alter in the same way the value of Inner Margin = 0 (either all sides = 0 or only for the Top Margin here).

"Play" with Inner and Outer Margin values until you minimize or close the gap between rows or column(with Left and Right Margins).

Hope it helps!

Looks like you are using audio/video object.

open you video/audio objects and remove the chek mark from size (drop down) and change the height to your desire height.

First, thanks for all the help.  To review, my problem was that I have two rows with 3 groups of text and video/graphics objects, on two rows, in the middle of a page and the spacing between these two rows was too large.  (I actually tried both of these suggestions before asking for help, but was unsucessful. Probably just missed something.)

What worked was the suggestion from Anthony A.  On the PAGE CREATION page, double left click on the Video/Audio Object, then in the "SIZE" box, drop down the menu and then change the height.  I also unchecked "KEEP RATIO". I did this for each of the 3 Audio/Video Objects.  I did not change the TEXT properties. The PREVIEW showed the separation between rows was reduced.

For those that want to follow through on changing the MARGINS as suggested by Cristi M,  on PAGE CREATION, RIGHT CLICK on the "T", click "CELL SIZE" then EDIT, and at the bottom of the next screen you can manipulate the margins as well as other cell properties.
