Website X5 has been working fine. However today I am not able to update any of my websites I get the following error message.

I am using Windows 7.

Connection Error: It is not possible to complete the operation. [FTP_GetCurrentDirectiry]

Any ideas what has caused this and what to do to rectify please ??

it could be your host, log in to your host and create another ftp account and use it, see if the result changes.

if problem remain the same use another program like filezilla and see if you can connect with that program, if not contact your host and let them know you can not connect with your ftp account, they will fix it for you.
