I have a problem in export. After exporting for some time I got a message "Error in file Export" and to check if I have permission to write to the specified folder. I have checked and I have all permissions. Could you help me?

Hello Aleksandar,

Did you try to activate/deactivate the passive ftp in the export section?

What windows Version are you using and what Version of Internet Explorer is installed on your computer?

If on the computer you have installed Internet Explorer 11 and you are using WebSite X5 Evolution 7 or Evolution 8, it can happen during the export to get an error which will not allow to complete the export of the files.

It can also happen this procedure goes well but once online the website will not work correctly because of missing files. It has been documented with the release of Internet Explorer 11 it has been introduced a bug ( for more details visit https://connect.microsoft.com/IE/feedback/details/808279/ftpopenfile-and-internetwritefile-broken-changed-in-ie11 ) which is not allowing to export correctly.

In this case the option is to run the program as Administrator with the rightclick option and choose in step 5 to export to disk and then upload the project with an FTP client like Filezilla manually online.

If also in this way the export online is not working correctly, while waiting Microsoft to release a Patch to fix this issue, is to downgrade Internet Explorer to an previous Version (8,9 or 10).

On some Windows Versions, like Windows 8.1 Internet Explorer 11 is automatically installed and cannot be deactivated, in this case, if you have the possibility you need to install WebSite X5 on a PC where you don't habe Windows 8.1 or Internet Explorer 11.

Many thanks!

I solved a problem. It was because of lack of space. Thank you.
