Conversion from Pro to Evo.

In the past i used the Professional version of X5, is there any way to convert it back to Evolution ?

No Vlad, conversion can go up (version level) but not down, that would be smart move to keep a copy of old version and then use another copy of the project to convert to other versions.

I managed to do it, in the end... sadly, not in a "legit" way.

It is pretty dumb thogh that you can't. I had the exact same Pro version (v10.1.6.48) as the Evo one, and when checking the files, the distinction between the two is that in the beginning of the "project" file, that is inside project.iwprj WITCH is inside the main project file (the one you open in X5), is that in one of the first lines when you open it there is something like:
Key="blablablarandomcharacterstring" BuildVersion="31" MinorVersion="6" MiddleVersion="0" MajorVersion="10" Edition="Professional or Evolution">
Witch varies from project to project and i suppose tells the program what version that site was made with...
