Hi Anthony,
I disabled Norton but the same message 'you must enable javascript' keeps coming up when 'i press the 'send' button to test the site. Oddly enough, a javascript test tells me that java is working correctly!
Not sure what is going on. Could there be an issue with the server perhaps?

Hi Anthony,
A2 is the host company.
I have tried all the suggestions that I have found from similar posts with no luck, changing POST to GET etc. etc.
I have tried the php tests from the admin page and that works fine and sends a post to my email with no problem so I have a feeling that the software is the problem.
For my sins I am running Windows 8 (Dreadfully sorry if I have just made you ill!!)
However, I did come across another posting with the same problem as mine and you have apparently suggested trying a beta version of webx5professional. From what I understand, the guy who tried this found that it cured the problem.
Can you shed any light on this?
My site is in its infancy at the moment and there is much to do but you might want to examine it: www.brightonengravers.com (if you want to log in to the secure page I can set up a temporary one for you if you care to send details to: ***) I will bounce back an email to let you know when I have set it up.
Many thanks indeed for your follow up.
Kind regards,
Andy D

Hi Anthony,
Since my last post, I tried re-uploading the whole site again and this time the form worked
(previously I only uploaded updated pages)
Now, strangely, the form details come over fine but my email reports that 'Firefox has blocked Realtime Player from running on A2 site'. I have never seen this message before and wonder whether this might have been the issue? It seems too coincidental. Interesting.......
I will keep testing a while before I post as solved

I want to see what will happened with your videos in another host.

Hi Anthony,
Since my last private email to you the testing of my site seems to be working fine.
I haven't got to grips with the reasons but since I reduced the size and quality of my gallery photos all seems to be well so possibly an eroneous conflict with the size of the uploads to the server causing chaos on the site. I will keep you posted if I have further issues of this type but for now I'll regard this post as solved.
Regards,
Andy
