I would like to add a page to the sitemap without having it appear in the menu bar.

I want the user to be able to click on a hyperlink in the text on the homepage and be directed to another page, but I do not want this page to be part of the menu bar at the top.

How do I do this?

Thanks,

Anna

Use th button in x5 is step 2 -sitemap- with txt hidden page in the menu. (next to the one with the lock)

if you add a hyperlink you can still select the page.

so that should be it.

if you dont want that page to be part of your menu, you need to do what Andre told you (you can see it on the image he post)

in order to have it in sitemap you need to select your page (step2)then go to properties, click on expert tab and make sure your page has check mark in fron of "add this page to sitemap".
