The only info I have been able to get is that the viewers brings up the web page on their device (smart iPhone, iPad, ....), clicks on the PLAY arrow icon, and nothing happens.

Please try to use the mp4 audio format (.m4a) since Apple mobile devices cannot play mp3 files on websites but only the mp4 audio format. Once done export the project again and test it again.

Converted one audio to .m4a and installed it on a new reunion music test page.  It played on my iPhone and the only other comment I received, beside that clicking does nothing, is that it does not play on an Android.

So bottom line, it worked on an apple iPhone but nothing else.

I tried to insert another general audio/video player (JWPlayer) using your html tool and could not get it to work.  Can you point me to instructions?  Or should I start a new post?
