Page title changes not saving and updating despite appearing to do so

I have changed name of some of my website page names (to include hyphens instead of spaces), but they don't always update and stay as they were on a number of my pages, despite several attempts to change. When I view them in the program they appear to have changed, but when I preview and also open online they are as they were before I tried to change them. Is there something I could be doing wrong that is creating this problem?

1.remove everything from your host,
2. after all the changes hit the Ctrl and click preview
3. upload your entire website.
4. view your website and hold down Ctrl button and hit F5

Thanks, Anthony. I have just asked hosts and they have told me that the problem is my url and page names are different and to ask is there a way for me to change the URL slug so that both the URL and my page name can match?

Found it - File Name field on page properties. All good now, thanks.
