Showbox problem please help ?

Showbox drops the picture down the bottom of the website when i show preview in version 10 it works ok but when i upload and view in my browser i click on the picture it drops down the bottom of the page and you only see half the picture it is on this page

oh forgot to say it works in internet explorer but not in firefox or chrome ?

Remove it.
