Remove special offer ribbon from volume discounts

I would like to suggest that you remove the ribbon SPECIAL OFFER in case of volume discounts. Many people offer volume discounts by default and on top of that would like to offer some really special and possibly time-limited deals. With the current settings I will either have the complete store on sale or nothing. This really does not make sense. Thank you Martin
