I've lost an hour trying to use X5 as other than the root admin of my Windows7-Pro laptop.
I have setup several users on my laptop in order to increase security and segregate my work. One login is for work, another is for consulting (this is where I have all of my links and need to use X5). Everytime I launch X5 from this limited user, I have to enter the root admin password and re-register on every bloody launch. Even then, the X5 is only looking at the admin documents, my documents (as the limited user) are not accessible from the X5 file browser. What is going on? How can I enable X5 for proper use from my limited user login?
Thanks,

login with your admin, copy the file name imRegister from inside your installation folder, then log in to your user profile and copy the file inside the same place. once you do that, there were be no re-registration.

oops, that wasn't your answer.
Scott, do the following
Verify if under C:\Users\ The Admin username \AppData\Local\Incomedia\ is present a folder called WebSite X5 v10 - Evolution and if inside this folder the licence.iwl file is present.
If this folder exists and inside the file is present, copy the folder and paste it under c:\Users\ Your Windows username \AppData\Local\Incomedia and then start the program.
