can you log in to admin pannel? http://sunbeachtv.com/admin/login.php
if you can not log in to admin pannel of your website, problem is your server and the way php behaves over there.
go to your cpanel and change the version of your php, see if that would help.

How do i change my php ? In which control panel ?

you need to log in to your host (server) Cpanel is a commen control pannel for linux base web servers, overe there look for php config and versions.

aw, then go to your root see if you have ,httaccess, open it with normal editer, see what is written down inside it
