Logo did not load

Hi guys. Sorry for my question. I want to load this airlines logo to a page in my uncompleted website but it did not load. But, other documents were possible in documents folder of my computer. Why? I need help

Which exact logo you want to add?
Are you adding the image file (.JPG, .PNG) as logo or are you using the word file?
To add images you need to have them as image files with extensions like .jpg, .png, etc and then these can be added in the program.
