Text being compressed/reduced

Text appears highly compressed, just streaks and is unreadable.
Used calibri 12pt.
It's happened on about half the pages, the others are perfectly clear. Any ideas anyone?

The problem was that the cache on my PC wasn't clearing properly. Calling up the page and hitting f5 cleared it and the text then showed as normal.
