Error wrong product code, why?

21.Mai. When I now try with the unlock code which was present in a answer before, I get an error that says that my product code i wrong.
I have this CD in my hand and I write the product code which is type on it.
What is wrong? Next time I get error for Computer code, I think.
Is it no possibility to help me?
