Error in File Export. Check if writing inside the specified folder is allowed.

I have been using Website x5 evolution for many years with no issues. When exporting for the past few attempts, only a section of the website will export before I start getting the above message for every page. I have been in contact with the web host server and they are adamant that it is a problem on my software or laptop. I have never had any issues before. What should I do?

Hi. I bought website x5 about 6-8 years ago. I only have this email.

The version I bought was the first one.

Also tried with that email but getting same message. I have activation codes and licence no.s on email
PLease provide us with exact version, it's difficult to help without it.
