I clean up .Net Framework To Repair

Ricardo, I did your instructions.
I clean up the .Net Framework 4 then I go to Program And Features then Turn Windows Futures and that windows is empty, nothing to clear.
Please send me new instructions. I think I have no .Net Frame work instaled.

After you removed .NET 4 you need to download the installer from following link again and then install it again:
