Could I import the css sheet from a website that I have taken over

I have recently taken responsibilty for this site. It is currently set up in JOOMLA.
Could I either import the whole site into an evolution 10 project and re upload it. Or import the CSS sheet into an evolution 10 and rebuild the pages to give an identical looking website.
I have the out of date evolution 9 but would consider upgrading to 10 if this would work as above

Unfortunately it is not possible to import the site in WebSite X5 since the program can only open projects made in WebSite X5. It is also not possible to import the css sheet since it uses different classes from WebSite X5.
The only option is to rebuild the project in WebSite X5 by copying the content from the online site in the program and then to create the template similar to the one used.
