I am building an online sales site, you can see it at www.appliancesinmanchester.com, but I have reached a milestone. I am selling all kinds of kitchen appliances from washing machines to kettles.. The problem is, the delivery charge for ditterent items is different. For example, a washing machine would cost, £20.00 to deliver, but a kettle would cost £5.50 to deliver. I don't know how to put the £5.50 delivery charge into the kettles basket, without the £20.00 being added on. Can you help me. Regards

Hello Terry,
The delivery costs can be automized by using the weight function. You can set a higher weight to products where the delivery costs 20 and to those where the costs are 5,50 you set alower weight. Then in the delivery cost section you set the rule where under a certain weight the costs are 5,50 and if exceeded they raise to 20.
