I'm contemplating purchasing Website X5 pro 10, but I want to know your refund conditions should I not be satisfied with the product.

Let me state that I'm from Australia, so the terms of revocation for the EU do not apply to me specifically.

What are the terms please before I proceed?

Hi Samantha,

It's precisely because I've downloaded and tested the demo version that I want to buy it!

I like the features and workflow, but I can't publish or upload to my host with the demo.

To complete my evaluation of your product, I need to buy a copy to find out if the program is stable, doesn't crash and whether the published code loads on the target devices within a reasonable time. I can't accept the product if it fails any of these criteria...

I understand from your response above that I have 30 days from download purchase of Website X5 pro 10 in Australia to claim a refund. Is that correct?
