I want to work on my projects and the template is gone, I make my own custom templates and all of them are gone for no reason

Website x5 pro is extremely unstable all of my websited that i've created now dont display the custom templates that i made that i spent hours of my life designing, I load the project and it loads a default template on them, this happened since today it was working fine yesterday what can i do please, help this is going to ruin all of my work.

All of my templates custom ones are gone, when i load the project of the website i created it displays a generic template from website x5..

Can i get some customer support here your program literally screwed all of my projects , on the preview the templates look normal, when i double click it it loads your template the when I run a project that has been saved it loads a template for all the ones that I open!!!!! I am extremely frustated and I dont know what to do. I wish i never updated this program now its really taken a toll on my life.
Is on top in the templates section the pulldown menu set to custom template or all templates ?
Other wise you won't see them.

I set on custom templates.... and when I want to open a project for example on the mini preview you can see the website with the template i created, once i open it it changes the template on its own..

It doeant matter what project I open it will change the template to a website generic template.... I dont know what to do seems like I've lost all of the templates that I've custom made for all of my websites. This happened right after the last update where it says about the templates pack that incomedia is offering..

The custom templates are inside your project, so it is very strange that they are gone.
Do you have all the standard templates ? If not I think you need to reinstall something went wrong then. (see to it that you reinstall with admin rights)
If so then you might try to restore a backup hopefully with your costum template.

The backups dont restore with my custom templates... my websites look fine on the project selection, before i open them once i open them it selects automatically a template from websitex5... I dont know what happened it was working fine 3 days ago when I was working on an old website that i have created. Look at the attached picture to see what I mean, it doesnt matter what website I open it will change to the circled template.

The picture is from the project selection, it's just a picture of the project template, that is not neccessarely the real template, that one comes after you have clicked the project, then next twice. There you should see the template that you have made. See that the top buttons are correct. or set them both to all.
These templates you see then are from x5 and your custum one that is inside the project.
If these are truly gone then I need to set this post for Incomedia to check, they will ba avalaible on monday.

I wouldnt care if it was just the preview.. its the whole template for the project that has been changed to that template that I am showing you. I can open any project and it will change the whole template to that one

Please help me because what you say should not occur and it puzzles me.
Can you make a scrnshot and post it after foloowing these steps:
startup x5, press start from starting page
select your project. click next
click next again (you should be in template selection)
set pulldown top left menu to custom
set the other puldown menu to all templates.
make a prtscrn for that screen. (your template should be there)

I did everything you said, I had over 10 custom templates for some websites that I created and they are gone... the IBI one that you see there I had to manually recreate it myself after this bug happened.
The top menu is still on horizontal menu instead of all.
But i think the template you look for was horizontal. I realy dont know why or how they are gone. maybe Incomedia can help but I think you have to make it again.
Do you have an older backup ? try importing that one, the template should be in there, if you open it then it will create it for you and you can use it in the latest version again from the older backup.
Other than that I'm out of options...

Same thing for menu if set to all. I lost about 10 templates if not more that I have custom made? This is extremely dissapointing, if this is the case I will refuse to ever update this software due to extreme unstability after updating to a new version. Also when I import a backup project it still selects the template that i showed u before, it doesnt import with the custom template that i have backed up with...
I have re-installed the program aswell and the problem is still there.
I shall set the post for Incomedia to check, maybe they have an Idea.

the name of the images you use for the templates do these contains blank spaces or non latin characters?
If yes try to rename the image so these have no blank spaces and only latin characters and then create again a template and save it. Once done close the program and then start it again to see if also in this way the template disapears.
Please keep me updated.
