Changes to website not showing when uploaded

I had a website online with 4 pages i have since been in and added a further 4 pages and edited the original 4 pages also. When i upload these it does not upload, I have tried both methods of upload full upload and just changes but it still doesnt work when i put my website in i still get the original website appear on screen its kind of uploaded them but i have to click on one of the old page tabs for the changes to be made on the screen which is no good as i need my customers to instantly see the changes. Any ideas whats wrong and why its not uploading the changes normally so it appears instantly? www.amc-carrepairs.co.uk

Hello AMC,
You changed the name of the index.html page to about us.html and you need to rename the about us page back to index since this is the first page loaded by the hosting server.
Once done you can upload the project online and it will appear correctly.

This has partly fixed it but now when it loads up the new website appears to start off with but when you click on other tabs/pages then click on index tab and go back into index page it reverts back to the old webpage despite when it first uploading it showing as the new one and it doesnt refresh into new one either, so there appears to be another problem related to the index, I found some other duplicate pages which had been superceeded with new names when it went to upload so i removed these before it uploaded but im not an expert im just a beginner so this is really beyond me! Any ideas as to why its going back to the old page or how i can fix it?

I think I have fixed this one now not sure how i did it, some fiddling!! will let you know if i get stuck again!! Many Thanks for your help
