the program you have is not guilty for previous exported files, to cancel files and images on the server you must to do it handly; trough your password open your control panel online and with file manager select what you need to cancel. If you cancel something of wrong, don't worry, you can export again your project.

In the same wexport window you can delete the old files that are in the server
