After uploading my site I get an "Index of site" and not the index or home page! I have tried to upload the whole site to no avail and exported the web site to disk and updated through ftp just the same.

Hello John,

In the list you get is there the file index.html available?

If yes you need to check if the hosting server is set to open a different file as default and then rename the index.html file (home page) by opening in step 2 the properties accorsing to the server settings.

If there is not index.html file then check in the program in step 2 by opening the properties that the home page has as file name index since the server tries always to open the index.html file as first when you visit a website.

Many thanks!
