Help sought in creating new template

I'm looking for assitance from experienced user in creating a new template in X5Pro10. Happy to pay an experienced user (which I'm not !) to assist me in getting started. I can set up a web meeting using GoToMeeting. I have a clear idea of what I want, and don't think it would take more than an hour to sort out. My old website I did in X5 ver 8 - see it at www.therapist-training.com.au The new template will be a complete rebuild of this site, but with an cleaner look and feel. Have attached an image file of the sort of home page I an looking to create

I'm trying to creat a home page similar ot that in attached image file, although the picture will be of me & my colleague. Other pages will be similar in content to those already up at www.therapist-training.copm.au but with new look template flowing thru.
I can set up a GoToMeeting link where we can share screens if that would help. Contact me back channel at *** for that. I know what I want is fairly straight forward, but I don't know enough to get a nice looking page myself, and I've been floundering around for long enough trying to get what I want to know I need a little help to push me in the right direction.

Hello Graham,
Can you please tell me where exactly your having difficulties?
You will need to create some images to use them in the template to give it a style.
You can also use one of the templates you find on http://answers.websitex5.com/search/type:template and then duplicate it once imported so you can edit it to change the parts you want different.

If I knew exactly what the difficulties were I wouldn't need help. There are dozens of features that I don't fully understand what they do. I could spend a day or so experientmenting, but I don't have that time. I need someone willing to join me online in a GoToMeeting envireonment where Either I can watch what they do on their screen and give guidance to what I want adn see how they achive that result, or they guide me thru the same process. Happy to pay someone for their time in doing this with me.

Spent more time trying to get the look I wanted with X5, but couldn't figure out how to change thinsg to get what I wanted. Thre have nbeen no other responses to my query, so have decided to shift to Wordpress, which I have installed, and find easy to use, with lots of help available when I need it. So thank you for your time, and I'll not take up any more of it.
