Hi.

I have built a website for online slaes. www.cookerelement.com The problem I am having is this, Most of the products I am selling, fit 100s of different makes and models. I have added a search engine for my customers to find their product. for this to happen, I have had to input model numbers for each item into the description. Now, when someone buys a product. They are sent an invoice. These invoices contain all the deatils in the item description. This can make the invoice huge, up to 4 pages long. Is there any other way to index the items. I have tried putting the model numbers into the tool tip, They come up when you hover over the product, but the search engine does not find the model numbers in the tool tip.

Regards.

Hello Terry,

The description will always be present in the email sent and cannot be deactivated.

As alternative you could create a page for every product and then add the description in a text object in the page and then below the product list object with the correct product so the search engine will find the correct page and then from this page the customer can buy the product and in the descrition you will not need to add the long list.

Many thanks!

Hello Terry,

Which free template pack do you refer?

If it is e template from the template section you need to import it in the program as project.

Many thanks!
