Dear sir,
I bought website x5 evolution 11 upgrade.
How is the procedure of installing this upgrade.
I have v11 installed on my computer and at the first startup the software Website X5 v11 asks for activation. Then I give in the licensecode that I received. Then this window remains on the screen for a long time until the internet connection is lost and activation fails.
What did I do wrong?

The procedure is the same as in V10. There needs to be contact with the server of Incomedia.
Can it be that the firewall blocks trafic ?
Try it with disabled firewal after instalation is finished set it back on.

Hallo,
Het is nu gelukt te activeren bij uitgeschakelde antivirus(F-secure) en fire wall.
Ik heb daarna X5 v11 toegevoegd aan de firewall voor in en uitgaand verkeer.
Echter het opstarten van X5 v11 lukt niet. Het start niet door en blijft op het eerste venster hangen.
Ook is hierna internetverkeer niet meer mogelijk. Alles is geblokkeerd. Alleen door de PC opnieuw op te starten kan ik het weer vlot trekken.
Werk voorlopig nog door met V10. Jammer van de €31,50 voor V11
