If you buy an upgrade, v10 will stop working after a few weaks (enough time to transfer your projects)

If you buy a full version then v10 will keep on working.

I think Incomedia can change your licence if you wish to another person.

Consult the project conversion guide, page 6 which says :

I have updated to WebSite X5 Evolution 11: can I still use the previous version of WebSite X5?

The new version 11 can be used and purchased in one way only: the version 11 will be added on the computer with the previous version when installed. It will not be necessary to delete the previous version.

Both programs can co-exist and be used without limits to create new websites with your new version 11, and use version 10 to carry on working with old projects (not converted to version 11).

Thanks for that, so there is no update anymore, just an extra paymant and you will keep the old version even for v11 to v11 pro wich is called and upgrade in the offers from Incomedia.

It's a better deal, maybe Incomedia can help out here to be sure.....
