I bought your new software version also got 11 year on-site storage of A2 Hosting and I can not run it , I spoke with a representative of them and they said that only once the coupon can be activated . I mean last year I bought the 10 version . But now I bought a new version and I also got another year storage . Please help me I do not know what to do

I never used their webhosting, but normaly coupons work like that, only applies on new registration and not for renewal.
register a new account with them and use your x5 coupon see if that helps.
