How does one format and edit the appearance of The Guest Book?
The basic cell is extremely basic and unattractive.
Is it a case of formatting a page of ".php" and, if so, where is this page?

Hello Nigel,
At the moment in the program there is no option to format teh appearance of the guestbook. The only way to do this would be to use custom HTML and CSS code.
The guestbook code is directly available in the page where you add it. The page will have php as extension to make it work but to customize it html and css is enough.
