Order form backslashes v11pro

Hi,
With the orders I get from the site I am getting strange backslashes on the order form with the size description of the items. It is only cosmetic but item has no backslashes in the shopping cart.
I am attaching an image of it.

Strange, if it was placed after the " I would say it works like a divider, but it is actualy sitting between the number and " sign
Never seen that before, I would like to see what Incomedia staff have to say about it,lol

These \ Blackslashes are present because you entered " in the description and commonly this is used in the programming language and with the \ in front it is escaped. If you remove the " and add someting else then these blackslashes will not be added.

" marks are indicating the size in inches. So it is almost impossible to use anything else instead.

The option would be or to write Inches so the backslashes will not appear. Generally these also if present will not influence the ecommerce which will work correctly.
