i am on version 11, when i start up the system...it says there is an update ready for you.
when I try to update...I get "update failed error: 406".
the version 11 works ok.
can you fix this?

Please try temporarily switching off firewall and antivirus software, if applicable, and also bypassing any proxy server you may be using whilst attempting to update.
If you are still unable to update successfully within the program itself, then you can download the latest setup file here:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads
Once downloaded you can install the software directly over your existing version... there is no need to uninstall first. However, please close WebSite X5 before installing.
