Further to what JJ has helpfully suggested, as an alternative method of updating the program you can download the latest setup file from the 'Download' section of your profile:

https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/downloads

Once downloaded, right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator'.

You can install the new version directly over the old version...  there is no need to uninstall first.
