Why my shop doesn't send orders from customers to my e-mail?

My internet shop on a base of WebSite X5 (v.10) doesn't work correct. After completing all forms it's showing a final message with number of order but e-mail with an order doesn't send. I was tried to change preferences of sending e-mail - unsuccessfully.

Please try and gain access to www.yourwebsite.com/admin, and execute the tests you find there.
You can access that page with the Admin credentials given at Step 4 under "Manage Accesses".
