I recently upgraded to Evolution 12 Professional.  en

My purchased templates are missing and I am unable to purchase a new one. Credits are missing or at least are not accessible from the program although they show in my profile.

Hello Paul,

Please go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Selection > Default Template...  then select 'Licenced' from the drop-down menu towards the top left corner (see the screenshot attached)

Any templates you have purchased in the past should then be visible.

. . . did you also try to reload ? As for widgets its similar - payed have to be reloaded without charge . . .

Yes, Pcssa makes a good point...  please try refreshing the template selection by clicking on the 'Update' icon in the toolbar (see attached screenshot)

When you installed and activated version 12 did you use the same email address as that linked to the user account from which you originally purchased the templates?

As you can see when I try to buy a template even though the system shows me with available I am not able to buy anything.

Seems to be a problem created when I upgraded.

This is looking more and more like an issue which only the admins from Incomedia will be able to rectify.

Thank you very much for all the information so far, Paul.  I will mark this thread for Incomedia's attention on your behalf.  Their working hours don't extend over the weekend but you should be able to expect a reply from them at the start of the week sometime.

Have you tried exporting the templates from v11 and then importing them into v12, if that don't work, duplicate the projects then export the duplicated project and import into v12 that should work.

The duplicated (imported) projects  open and I can work with them. The template issue still exists. Suspect Paul  was correct it is a admin issue.

actually there was an issue with the templates in v12, now it has been fixed. 

Please try to reload the templates list to see all the templates.
