No Auto backup in Version 12?

Hi,
In version 11 projects would auto backup every time you preview. Ive spent the entire day working on a new website, it was almost finished then the software crashed. It looks like in the new version there is no auto backup? Please tell me this is not true. I would really hate to have to start over.

Hello Andy,
Version 12 certainly caters for automatic backups but you do need to ensure that you have activated this option within the software.
The following extract from the help file explains the backup process in depth:

Click the small arrow to the right of the 'Save' button in WebSite X5 and check your settings.
In version 11 projects could be set to 'save at every preview' as opposed to backup. This is the same in version 12.

Hi,
Yes this was activated and i must have previewed at least 25 times during creation. I think i found the answer though. It looks like you have to do one manual save before this feature kicks in.
