Video object alt text causing problems

When I create a video object and then insert the alt text it makes the image shift down and a large black space move down in its place. When I use the cursor to block over this black space it reveals the alt text I have used. This is also in the same format as I have set for my text for my site, so it looks as though this facility is incorrectly seeing alt text as ordinary text at the moment. Could you look into this please.

I have just checked and the box isn't working at all now, despite it working in my preview.

I need to ask you to try and remove all of the already existing files on your provider and try to reupload the whole website.
After trying this, check if the video is now working.

I have discovered it is an update problem related to HTTPS as the video works in HTTP

The video is now imbedded rather than using the video box. So I will have to wait and see if incomedia put it right in the next update because I don't think there is anything that can be done til then.
