Error by opening

Help. It's going from bad to worse. In the beginning my project was closing (incomedia don't react), when I wanted to change a text item. I had to close it completely and by opening again I had the message 'The selected project is in use or not well closed. Are you sure you want to continue? I click on 'yes' Everything seems OK, but when I wanted to change the text or something else... same thing.. don't react. I tried to figure out how it works with the backup iwprj-files, but I don't understood how or were to put them or open the back up. I restarted my PC, same problem. I reinstalled my program... same problem, but more. Answering a mail of Incomedia, I upgraded two weeks ago my incomedia 12 to12.0.5.22 and now after the new installation it gives the messages: your project is made in a more recent version.
Please can someone help me ? Be aware I'm not a genius in PC

Meanwhile I upgraded again the program: at least 1 minor project is working again properly.
My radio website (what I need urgently to work on) has still the same problem: 'The selected project is in use or not well closed. Are you sure you want to continue?'

Try to follow these.
Proceed also to repair the .NET Frameworks by following these steps:
To repair the .NET Frameworks 3.5 and 4 you need as first to use following cleanup tool to remove .NET 4:

Once done go to Control Panel then choose Programs and Features and then click on Turn Windows features on or off. Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1
This procedure can take some time to deactivate and activate .NET 3.5.1 and once done reinstall .NET 4 after downloading it from following link:

I was zo busy with the start of my radio and textwriting I forgot. I fixed it myself meanwhile bij restarting. Actually I make small changes so I don't overpower the program. Thanks a lot for your suggestions. I'll keep them carefully when needed... I hoe not but ..
