Shopping cart not always working with customers if ...

Hi, got a specific question.
Site made with WSX5 11 Pro. Very satisfied about the product, no real complaints, except for:
Shopping cart not always working with customers if the option 'add product without showing the shopping cart' is on. With lots of customers it just succeeds, but with some not. If they try to visit the shopping cart they just get a blanc screen.
What could be the reason?

Do you know which browser they used and which operating system?
Was javascript enabled on their browser?
